Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We offer free shipping on exchanges for all domestic orders. If you choose to return your hat instead, an $18 return processing fee will be deducted from the refund for all returns.
If you choose to return any accessories or trucker hats, a $5 return processing fee per item will be deducted from the refund.
Sale items, discounted items, custom items, personalized items, and items with added chin straps are FINAL SALE. This includes ALL discount codes. An $18 shipping fee will be applied to all sale items.
Freya accepts returns for items in new, unused condition in our original box or a similarly sized box (to protect the hat) within 10 days of the delivery date.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Orders placed with store credit or gift cards can only be refunded in store credit. If an item is damaged upon return due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Shipping within the US
We provide complimentary shipping on all full-priced orders over $150 within the Continental US.
Sale items ship for a flat rate of $18.

UPS 3 Day- $40
UPS 2nd Day- $55
UPS Next Day- $100
We provide flat rate shipping to Puerto Rico and Hawaii as follows: purchases less than $118 cost $18, all other purchases cost $25.
International Shipping/Returns:
We ship to Mexico, Canada and Europe via DHL or UPS for a flat rate fee.
Mexico: $30
Canada: $25
Europe: $45
For your convenience, duties and taxes are included at checkout and are covered by the buyer at the time of purchase.
Returns are accepted from international addresses but it's the customer's obligation to purchase a return label. Please email info@thefreyabrand.com for your Return Authorization # and a return shipping address. An RA# is required for all international returns and will not be accepted otherwise.
